Nov 19th Recipe Swap

Ladies Nite November 19th 2012 6pm-10pm 

It's nearing Thanksgiving and I am on the prowl for good recipes for the season. I figured that you might be to! Join us for some climbing and recipe swapping. Any of your personal favourites- desserts, mains, fixings, sauces, left over ideas.  Four to a page and I will do the rest. Hope to see you all there. :)

Ladies, join us for the first ladies only climbing nite of November from 6pm to 10pm for some girlie music and hard core crushing! Open to all abilities- we are excited to see you there!

* gold spandex/onzies not mandatory but there is evidence that shiny helps the crushing power
